Hourly issue

Weird that shows blue for 12-14% chance of rain and they are on the main view, but not when it's higher (those are gray and also not shown unless selecting "chance of rain".  Would have expected 1. Those other higher percent chances in the evening to show on the main view (2nd pic), and 2. That they would be blue?

Another example but opposite. Heavy heavy chance of rain all day, but bars are gray. Rain blue should trump cloud coloring
