Possible better handling of weather statements?

Currently, weather statements expand to show a URL, which isn't super elegant. If the text of these statements can't be extracted/interpreted in the app itself (and we will need to click through to a different site to view), then I would consider turning these full URLs into "read more" or "learn more" CTAs
