Snag with Widget

Still snags on my widget. I'm using Galaxy S23. I've installed the widget on my phone. It regularly doesn't open and says 'Getting widget ready, but it's taking time, please restart Appy Weather'. Most times when I check my phone it says this. Please can you help with any suggestions. Love the App apart from this issue.

The App itself is fine and very useful.
