The Hourly + Daily 5x1 and 5x2 widgets — restored in the last update — should be more (most? You tell me!) reliable... no different to the other widgets.
Notification daily report summaries now include temperature info.

You now need to allow "all-the-time" (background) location access for the current temp notification to be toggled on/work desirably. Its settings now makes this clear. This should reduce, if not prevent, any of its reliability issues.
When the phone reboots, your current temperature sticky notification should automatically return.
When you reboot your phone, your notifications should continue to arrive.
If you select Precipitation as a condition for a smart subscription, its matches will show correctly (previously it would always show zero matches). Also, on a related note, the text for this condition has been renamed to "Rain", supplementing the existing "Snow" condition, and covering all types of rain.
On the Daily screen, tapping on a day bar in the chart should take you to the correct day always, regardless of source or number of days visible.
On a fullscreen Day, if the header row has a single value, it will be aligned and sized correctly.
